It’s not the greatest feeling in the world when you lose a deal to the competition. It sucks because you invested so much time & energy in the entire process, building value, presenting the wow & upholding your brand. All that for nothing. To lose a sale because of pennies or a different product or even because the client found a solution closer to them.

All the reasons to losing a sale can defeat you. If you let it. But here’s where you can succeed: everyday, invest quality time to analyze lost sales. Follow up with your lost clients & find out why? Don’t have the guts?? FIND IT, because they will tell you…if you ask the right way. Constructive feedback will only lead to improvement. It will allow you to refine , enhance and fine tune your complete personality, knowledge, process and business skills & make more sales in the future. You’ll probably even have lost sale clients send you referrals…just by following up.
